Terms of Use

Effective: 24 September 2026 · VAKSYN is provided by Synvertix Technologies Private Limited ("we", "us").

By creating an account or using VAKSYN you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use VAKSYN.

1. Who can use VAKSYN

You must be at least 18 years old, have a working phone number that is yours, and be legally able to enter into this agreement. One person, one account; don't use someone else's number.

2. Your account

You are responsible for what happens on your account. Keep your phone, SMS codes and two-step PIN to yourself. Tell us at contact@vaksyn.com if you think someone else has access.

3. What you may not do

• Break the law, or send unlawful, threatening, harassing, hateful, sexually exploitative or fraudulent content — anything involving minors in a sexual way is reported to the authorities.
• Send spam, bulk or automated messages (except through the approved business API), or phishing or scams.
• Impersonate others, or pretend to be a verified business you are not.
• Try to break, overload or reverse-engineer VAKSYN, scrape users' data, or circumvent its safety features.
• Share malware or anything that harms other people's devices.

Because chats are end-to-end encrypted we cannot read them; we act on reports, on public content (channels, business messages, profile details) and on account behaviour and metadata. We may warn, limit or suspend accounts that break these terms, and you can ask us to review a decision.

4. Your content

You own what you send. You give us only the permission needed to store, transmit and deliver it. You are responsible for having the right to share it.

5. Channels, communities and business accounts

Channel and community announcements are public to their followers. Business accounts must be approved, must follow the messaging rules we publish for the Business API and applicable Indian regulation (including DLT/TRAI rules for SMS), and may only message people who have a real relationship with them. Paid plans are billed as shown when you subscribe; fees are inclusive/exclusive of GST as stated at purchase and are Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Availability, changes and ending

VAKSYN is provided "as is" and may change or be interrupted. You can stop using it and delete your account at any time (Settings → Delete account). We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms or the law.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months, or ₹1,000 if you paid nothing. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bangalore have exclusive jurisdiction, after you have first tried to resolve the matter with us at contact@vaksyn.com.
