Refund & Cancellation Policy

Applies only to paid business plans. The VAKSYN app itself is free.

Cancellation

You can cancel a paid plan at any time by emailing contact@vaksyn.com. The plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, then moves to the Free plan. We don't charge cancellation fees.

Refunds

• You can cancel a paid plan at any time. It stays active until the end of the period you already paid for and is not renewed. Fees for a period that has already started are not refunded, except in the cases below or where the law requires it.
• If we charge you by mistake or twice, we refund the extra amount.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method within 6 working days after approval.
• Charges for the SMS invites and messages already sent are non-refundable.

How to ask

Write to contact@vaksyn.com with your business name, the phone number on the account and the payment reference. We reply within 2 working days.
